Shore View Apartments

HORRIBLE renting experience here. Apartments are very old. Only good thing is the location on the beach. Laundry rooms are gross with roaches and the machines barely work. My bathroom stopped working because my tub ended up having nasty gunk that came up from underneath & also flooded out through the floors… and it took them who knows how long to fix because i eventually moved out & broke my lease from it. Everything about this place sucks from ownership to quality. Don't get stuck in a place just because of living beachside!!

I lived at Shore View for 3 very happy years. The management is on top of maintenance, very friendly and helpful. Our neighbors were all very respectful and considerate. You cannot beat the price for the location. The interior is a bit dated but I don't care about things like that. The grounds were always kept beautifully clean and manicured. I think that it is a wonderful place to live.

I have lived here for almost a year and have loved every minute of it! The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and responsive to any maintenance issues. The ocean breeze sweeps through on even the hottest summer evenings and is very relaxing and quiet at night . I thought it was too good to be true but here I am !! Peace and love -RMD

I can't believe I am moving the end of this month (June). Shore View has been my heaven on earth for the last two years. Maintenance is excellent and Katy and Ann are awesome in the office. Not many apartment offices are open on Saturday but Katy is here every Saturday while really helps when you work 8 to 5 on the mainland. Everytime I come home, I feel like I am on vacation. My terrazo floors are beautiful and cool. My huge sliding glass doors really bring the outside in. And did I mention my pink cabinets in the kitchen? Awesome!! Shore View has a huge well maintained pool with showers at each entrance. Perfect for washing the sand off after going to the beach across the street. I can't say enough wonderful things about my two years here. Try it..you'll like it 😉😍

I lived at Shore View Apts for a year and left only because I was moving out of the area; I would've gladly continued staying there. I'm a professional that works from my home so I require a quiet environment - the thick concrete walls at Shore View provided exactly what I needed. I lived in Bldg E and seldom heard a peep out of anybody; no music, no arguments, no running down the hall. Granted it's an apartment complex so once in awhile there were kids having fun outside on a weekend day like kids should do. I had a few minor maintenance issues that were immediately resolved. By immediately I mean within an hour which included having my fridge replaced with a brand new one. I never had any problem getting in touch with anyone, maintenance was prompt & courteous, as was the after-hou
