Beachside Apartments

5 minute walk to the beach. Pool area is so nice and the entire complex is extremely well maintained. Ocean views from some of the units. Spacious apartments with high ceilings. I can watch rocket launches from my living room. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Great place to live on the Space Coast.

Beachside apartments is a great place to call home. Safe and quiet, yet friendly, with beautiful grounds. Apartments, grounds and pool area are all very well maintained and lovely. Office and maintenance staff are friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to ensure tenets have a positive experience. Across the street from the beach at a reasonable price, Beachside Apartments can't be beat.

I moved here in 2021 after living at Parkside Place for 13 years. Libby made my move easy. Suni, our manager plus Steve and Jesse of the maintenance staff, keep everything up to par. This team of professionals overseen by Sam the owner, is terrific. The apartment, the pool, the exercise room & library are all great. I love it here.

This is the second time around for me living at Beachside Apartments. Was here four years ago and left to go back to New York during the pandemic. When I decided to move back to Florida, I knew I would have to go back to Beachside Apartments. Residents concerns are held in high priority, the property is immaculate, and the management staff and maintenance crew will always address any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Besides being in a safe environment, you’re only steps away from the beach! Grateful that I had the opportunity to return to Beachside Apartments.

This is our forever home. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, staff and owner are a pleasure to work with. Office staff goes above and beyond to tend to any questions we may have. Maintience is outstanding, we have not had any major issues at all with anything we need, they are here right away. But we have had no problems in almost a year. We've had a wonderful experience and again this is now our forever home. Grounds are kept up very nicely, buildings were just freshly painted a year ago. The pool is beautiful with a bar and TV out there. We have some fun times with other tenants. We love that is a small complex. We feel very safe here as that was a plus for us not knowing the area when we got here to well. It's nice because you can be a social bug with your neighbors or be to yourself and
