Shoal Creek North

I was in ICU when I found this place online. I needed to move upon being discharged and had no clue how I was going to pull it off. Nico helped me every step including paperwork I didn’t do correctly and was patient with me. I was handed the keys after signing the lease and paying some fees and friends helped from there. I love that we are kindof enclosed surrounding a courtyard giving a feeling of security and community. It’s very quiet so if you’re looking for a party type apartment complex, this isn’t it. Any questions I have are addressed immediately by staff and I never feel like I’m bugging them. The grounds are kept very clean and I like that they don’t do valet trash. You take it to the dumpster whenever you like and nobody has to look at piles of trash all along the sidewalks. We

I absolutely love staying here. Being a young adult, it is so hard to find a community where you feel that you belong. Shoal creek has made me realize there’s more to living in a community than being neighbors with someone. I have befriended many of the residents here. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help or have a conversation. Cade is also great and responsive, making sure that you’re always accommodated for! Also for how small the maintenance team is, they do respond in a somewhat timely manner. I have no complaints, other than this would be the most perfect complex if they had in-unit washer and dryers. It has great location, great neighbors, safe community, and timely maintenance! *Plus it’s a super cute area!! Pretty quiet too!*

Lived here for a while that I lost count. The leasing company works great. Maintenance calls get referred quick. Highly recommend it. Life circumstances happened and I had to move but they worked with me every step of the way until I left in August. Highly recommended!

Quiet community. Conveniently located. Cade is an excellent property manager. Apart from some curmudgeonly older tenants who I would advise to simply ignore, I recommend this property.
