I was a first time seller, Emily made sure to walk me through all the steps and ensure I understood the decisions I was making. Emily provides wonderful professional opinions on the best course of action for you as her client. I closed using a mobile notary as I no longer live in state. Emily set everything up and checked in to ensure everything was completed and stress free for me. She also did regular check in’s on the home, making sure everything stayed operable and presented well for showings. Best service I've ever had. Julie Tobin sold my home within a month flawlessly. My new purchase didn't go as smoothly on my end. Most realtors would have gotten fed up and not waited it out for the new house to close a month later. Julie and Traci Snyder patiently took the brunt of keeping the deal going with the seller. They were amazing. I have now closed on my new house and couldn't be happier!!

Wouldn’t trust to sell my home again. Agent (Russel) obviously didn’t read our disclosure, as didn’t the buyers and tried to pressure us into selling a custom bar top, even going so far as to tell us the sale fell through unless we sold the top with the home. After saying no, and waiting two hours, the sale was magically back on, almost as if our agent knew the buyers, which I suspect was the case. Then we tried calling and requesting a different agent to finish the terrible process out, reassured we would, and didn’t end up getting that done either. I tell absolutely everyone that’ll listen to avoid this place and list with someone reputable instead.
