Parkway Village Apartments

We moved here in March 25’ - Andrea is the property manager, she is great! Has been super helpful since day 1 and always super sweet. The apartments are great if you’re looking for something quiet and cozy. 2 bedrooms are pretty spacious, neighbors are nice and respectful. Lots of diversity among all ranges of people and ages. Not a bad place at all!

Moved in June, 2024. Apartment Manager Andrea Smith was very helpful and effectively communicated all the necessary details. My 1 bedroom unit had been updated with vinyl flooring and paint. There are Hot Point kitchen appliances and a Frigidaire, wall mounted ac unit with cost saving features. A small patio out front, your own personal mailbox and your parking spot in a well lit parking lot at night. The exterior appears dated overall, but a great find for a great bargain nestled on the quiet side of town.

Parkway Village 1 & Parkway Village II apartments are built as four apartments in each building. Some apartments are one bedroom with a kitchen, dining area, living room, small hallway, storage closet. They are nice sized for one to two people. The two bedroom apartments are what you call open space where the good sized kitchen has room for a good size table & chairs, but is in an open space & access to the living room & one larger bedroom with closet & good size children's bedroom that rooms one to two small children but if they have two teen children, bunk beds would be necessary. These apartments room four people. I lived here in 1992 & 1993 & can tell you the utilities stay reasonable at cost. The Owner uses an Apartment Manager & maintenance people to repair things. Worst housing experience ever. Two buildings complexes are infested with bedbugs. Property managers to the least amount of work to barely srape by. Do not move in unless you are ready for disappointment.
