Shiloh Village Apartments

First of all this places is not safe at all, second someone can broke into your car and still your when you report they will say they can’t help you call the police?but once your broke a window they will even show you the footage. The management team some of them are good are good but there’s this new manager she’s a worse one she’s evil I hope she will change may God for give her on how she’s treating people 😭

I’ve been having problems with getting resolved here at the apartments where I live November 26. I got my car broken into still Nothing has been done. They haven’t even made an effort to speak to the detective. They know what’s going on and nothing has been done the people up stairs from me keep noise constantly day and night, and nothing has been done their little boys banging on the window constantly. It’s just ridiculous.I honestly feel unsafe here in my own home and I shouldn’t feel this way. I’ve been here since 2016 management and owners need to take this serious that it’s gotten a hand really bad. Can’t even come home at night because you’re worried about somebody putting a gun to your head or robbing you.

So three years back I would have rated the apartments poorly Based on the management alone, the woman whom was acting as manager then was very unprofessional , and took personal vendetta against anyone who she felt she could!!! The main people did the right thing by replacing her with the new manager, in which now that the old manager is gone it’s a sense of calmness in the environment it’s less chaotic. The new manager is fair but still stern stands her ground but also in a very professional manner…. The maintenance team is good and I have yet to see anything wrong we also have visitors parking in which the former manager did not provide us the luxury of having I see the improvement I see the new manager has fixed what was broken, i see a manager that respects her tenants and we give the

I just met a friend here, the environment is too dirty and disorganized, hundreds of kids playing soccer and with rocks, and broke my tail light, office has no control and cannot manage on how to deal and organize the cleanliness and control the children not to break things. The place has just been remodeled but I am sure that the money is gone to someone’s self pocket because the concretes are broken, driveway asphalt is broken and you can see water ponds on driveway, as per my friend’s saying inside of the apartments are even worse after remodeled I don’t know if the government which fund the low income housing tenant even survey this place A lot of things are not right in this place and needs to be fixed I am so sad after the kids broke my tail light while playing soccer and disrespecte

The apartments are ran like a refugee camp. They have no respect for their tenants needs or safe living. The tubs look horrible because they paint over them instead of doing a correct resurface which is unsanitary and unhealthy. Everything you do I recommend putting it in writing and having them make a copy and sign it for your records. The agent in there by the name of Adrian is very rude and will treat you like crap even if she is wrong. The professionalism in the leasing office really could use a new make over. Oh and good luck trying to reach anyone from their corporate office to report a problem that you may have being a resident because they give you a bogus number that doesn't work to someone name Christina David.
