DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!! they are slow to fix major repairs and quick to evict you even though they are not holding up their end of rental the agreement. The manager Jennifer is unpleasant, uncooperative, and her people skills need a lot of work. Rent at your own risk!
i was going to rent until I read the owners reply to a review which is totaly false. reguardless of rent being paid late or behind the owner has a legal obligation to make all repairs in a timely manner. so with that additude i would advise not to rent.
Love it here. Brittany is very helpful and Joe can fix anything!
