EDIT**** they have now agreed to let me out of my lease with out penalty because they know they are wrong lmao. Save yourself don’t move here.requested a number to corporate 2/16 & have yet to receive one?**** Would not recommend moving here at all. I moved in 10/6/26. I got my first electric bill in November for 500$ I called KU they said there’s something wrong with the HVAC system & thermostat. I called the front office TRACY AND HANNAH both advised maintenance came out & nothing was wrong with it. December I got another bill for 491$ TRACY Advised me it’s because there’s no furniture in my house (no correlation at all). Fast forward to January it’s freezing me & my 4 year old daughter can see our breath that’s how cold it is in the apartment with the heat set to 75. KU advised me to ke
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT live here. I have rented in so many places and this one has by far been the worst. Let me start with management, because that seems to be the biggest issue here. I have never in my life been spoken to like I have been by Tracy. She is rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. She may seem nice when you first meet her, but the second you sign the lease her mask comes off. I have had issues with payment, where they have said I haven’t paid my bill. Ended up having to get a letter from my bank to prove that I had, which took over 4 months to get settled. Then they realized that it was actually my roommate who hadn’t paid the whole time. There are dog feces and trash everywhere. Our apartment started to smell like cigarettes about a week after we moved in, and i
These are not luxury apartments at all. I had a one-bedroom apartment that cost $1200 per month. Given that price, I expected a much higher quality from this complex. I can't speak to the experiences of other residents, and it's possible that some may have had a more positive experience. Regardless, I would like to share mine. Let me start with some of the pros: - The staff were always kind to me, although the professionalism was sometimes questionable. - The location is excellent, with numerous stores and restaurants within close driving distance. Having Shillito Park nearby is a huge plus if you are an active person! - The complex has a gym (it's small and limited, but a gym, nonetheless), which is great if you are on a tight budget. There is an on-site laundry room (I used my friend's
I have lived here since May and since day 1 I had sent them an email about the things wrong with the apartment. The outlets did not work, there were electrical issues, water leaks, mold, missing smoke detectors. They only fixed the outlets. Not to mention in the summer we didn’t have AC for 2 months. When we told them about the water leaks, they cut a hole in the wall and never came back. The mold has been growing FOR MONTHS. Giving me breathing issues and allergies. I had code enforcement come and they still couldn’t even install those smoke detectors. When I asked the leasing office for the corporate number they just never answered me after the countless times I have called and emailed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They went under new management last year. There was an offer for a $1000 gift card after your first three months. I never received that. The manager Tracey is rude and hateful. She is not interested in helping your concerns. There’s a wild communication problem. The fees associated with leasing are extensive and unnecessary for the quality received. Management never responds to emails and there was always issues with payments for rent.
