My Dad called the office for a maintenance request. Rick and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable about the assessment which had been made the previous day. Something my Dad thought would take a week only took 2 days as they were super proficient. Dad really appreciated the professional and kind service received. They deserve a gold star.

I want to start off by saying how welcoming and beautiful this complex is. During my first few days of moving in any issues I had Andy Garcia and Wilfredo Cruz were on top of everything and made sure my apartment was as good as new. These maintenance men worked fast and efficiently, and are all around good people, they allowed me to ask questions and went above and beyond to make my apartment perfect! I’ve had no issues here and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in a complex full of great workers and residents!

Super friendly staff that is very helpful. The dog park is huge and the grounds look very well kept. Pool is very nice too

I've been living in Sherwood Village for about 1.5 years. My apartment is well-lit and airy, and the layout maximizes the square footage well. The grounds are well-kept, and I have a great view of trees and nature from my windows, which I heavily appreciate. The furnishings inside, like cabinets, blinds, countertops, are all solidly-built and make me proud to live here. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful. The walls are thick so I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and I feel extremely safe here too. I have a few minor complaints (I wish the heating system was better insulated, I wish they hadn't raised my rent so much with my lease renewal) but on the whole this is a quality place to live and I am happy here.
