Eastampton Place Apartments

Didn't end up renting here but I really liked the location. The apartments were nice in such a convenient location with access to many stores and restaurants nearby, the residents we met were friendly, the clubhouse was real modern and classy and loved loved Loraine the leasing agent. She was very friendly and did a great job touring and helping us to find what fit us best. I would have definitely rented there.

Overall it is a great place to live but I encourage everyone seeking to live here to do a thorough check of everything in the apartment before moving in! I have bedroom and bathroom doors that when locked can still be opened! Which can be embarrassing with young children who just open doors when they want to. So lock the doors and then jiggle them to see if they pop open ! The apartment complex demand you pay for new ones if you’re already moved in , so make it a condition to be fixed (free) before moving in!

If you’re military please DO NOT stay at these apartments. They will do everything they can to take your money and will not help you during a deployment or PCS. I received a short notice PCS at the beginning of January and notified them that I will need to move out ASAP and they told me that I will be charged for all of January and February even though I have already moved out. Legally, they are allowed to do this, but every other apartment I have stayed with was understandable and prorated me for the remaining time after I moved out. I now am forced to pay two rent payments for both apartments at my new duty station and have to get a loan. I explained this to them and they did not care. DO NOT rent from this place or they will do everything they can to get extra money from their military

I love the location of my apartment and how quickly maintenance attends to my needs. There are some small fees associated with having an “apartment home” versus an apartment although it’s good preparation for home ownership. Dog friendly, neighbors generally quiet however there are some residents that test boundaries and the terms of the lease which makes my 5 star review a 4 star review.

Lived in this complex for 3 years. Had to move due to work. I absolutely loved my time at this apartment. Such a nice community, apartment is very spacious and nice, mgmt and maintenance have always been so helpful and caring. Rarely anything went wrong but anytime I needed maintenance help, they were there right away and very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment
