Sherwood Station Apartments

Alysa was great again. She came right out for an urgent repair/issue, even though it was way before “office hours”. She is always kind and compassionate, and uplifting. And, the office sent a plumber so the repair/installation of a new toilet was prompt.

While the staff at this apartment complex is friendly, the maintenance (not the maintenance guy) and overall care of the units leave a lot to be desired. My daughter waited three weeks for them to replace her upstairs neighbor’s leaking tub, which caused water to pour through her bathroom ceiling. A large hole was left in her wall for quite some time, and the odor coming from it was so terrible that she could barely breathe comfortably and was sick for weeks. She has asthma and allergies, and when she asked about mold prevention or air quality concerns, she received little to no response. Now her air conditioning has stopped working, and management decided it wasn’t a priority because “the weather isn’t that bad.” For someone with asthma and allergies, keeping the windows open is not an o

Words cannot express how bad this experience was. We moved from out of state and trusted reviews that this was a nice place to live. First day, we realized the bedrooms and living room had no lights. The shower glass door was cracked, it was barely holding on to not shattering so it had to be replaced. They ended up having to remodel the shower to remove the door and we couldn’t use it for a month while they worked on it. The whole house smelled like chemicals and they wouldn’t pay for us to stay at a hotel during construction so we opened windows. Then we got gnats, which started breeding in a crack in our sink pipeline. We had a gnat infestation and the exterminator told us the apt needed to flush out the pipe, but management refused and told us to use vinegar. Eventually the apartment b

We wished to do month to month for a few months and the rent would move from $1400 to $4000!! A whopping 185% increase. When asked how is this possible the answer was that the computer determined the price.

I absolutely love living here! All the staff including maintenance are amazing and helpful! They make you feel like you really matter!
