No hot water during the shower it gets cold and you have to wait. Even we have been without hot water for 3 days and they didn’t fix it excuse was they couldn’t find plumber because of weekend No parking available if you come late and you have to pay for reserved parking but someone might park in your space Lot of pests maintenance is horrible no response at all Property management does not care about tenants. They care only payments on time but if you request maintenance it takes years. Very noisy apartments especially at night time. Main office never answers phone calls Be careful with property manager

I lived here for almost one year, and did not enjoy it. The apartment was given to me at an unacceptable level of cleanliness (moldy dishwasher filter, dirty floors, cat poop under the heater, and dirty bathroom). It was cleaned immediately, but I still had to clean it significantly. I had 5 maintenance requests in and 2/5 were resolved within my 11 months of living there. Even then, one of the requests was a new dishwasher filter and they rinsed off the old one when instead of replacing it (and left the crud in the sink for me to clean up!). I didn’t bother using the dishwasher during my time there. It’s worth mentioning both requests were not done until I resubmitted the requests a few months after the initial ones. Be aware, they claimed that, heat, cooking gas is included into rent, but at the tour you find out that stove/oven is electric make a huge difference in the price. And very unprofessional and unavailable for applicants. Be aware with the "all utilities included ", !

The pictures don’t show you the side of the street that has broken glass, rocks, and litter everywhere. Can’t even walk my dog on the street it’s so disgusting. Someone needs to clean it up.
