Just signed up for a second year with 1111 Stratford and didn’t have to think twice! The apartments are a great size especially for their price, location is close to the highways and stores, parking is pretty easy. Maintenance and management are very easy to get in touch with and always help promptly.

It’s been a great experience being at 1111. Yulissa is so helpful with any questions or requests. She is great at communicating to the residents when a maintenance repair is done and will personally message the resident to see if there is anything else they need. I would definitely recommend 1111 for anyone looking for a place.

Had a walkthrough with Samuel and was genuinely impressed. The property was spotless, well-kept, and super organized—definitely showed attention to detail. Samuel made the whole process easy. His communication was clear, honest, and super approachable. He took the time to answer all my questions without rushing anything, which I really appreciated.
