I would like to just start off with giving a major shoutout to Katie! She is such a helpful and amazing leasing agent! Her & Nikki are super sweet. Katie has been very prompt, kind and diligent on helping my fiancée and I, find the most suitable home for us. Her approach and demeanor is so welcoming and she truly does care about her job. If you’re looking to move, ask for Katie and work with her!!

Humble yet comfortable. Maintenance was always quick to address concerns. The model units have AC vents, but the actual apartments only have wall units and baseboard heaters. Do yourself a favor and seal off your patio door with plastic insulation in the winter. The buildings are very sturdy with thick outside walls and concrete-beam ceilings—they don’t make them like this anymore. The acoustic ceiling tiles in the bathroom are odd, but you get used to it. Great closet space for a 1 bedroom. I never felt unsafe and never once saw a cockroach. Management were sticklers at times but fair overall.

I honestly don’t want to leave any stars but google is making me 😒 this is a horrible place to live no careless management careless maintenance staff they do a terrible job at the up keep of their units. Since moving in 3 years ago we have had a number of applicants replaced for them to go out months later. The hallways constantly smell of weed til the point it’s coming inside your home. Janette the proper manager is a joke and is clearly not fit for the role at hand. God forbid you have an emergency pass 6pm cause clearly the emergency maintenance number is the same as the office and you can only leave voice mails which is pointless doing an emergency. Literally my fridge is not keeping temp so now hundreds dollars of food must go to waste on top of that woke up around midnight to get my

Area is decent. Management is bunch of fake careless people. Maintenance people do a quick duct tape fix. Everything breaks every other week parts take over a month to come in. My Central ac unit went out and they brought a wall unit that was filled with mold and dead bugs. Left that in the hallway. Paying for a washing and dryer in unit that’s been out for a month now. Will not be renewing the lease here. Wish I could give negative stars. If you wish to move here and it’s your last resort make sure you check every single inch and cranny of the apartment your moving into before you sign the lease.

Alot of the apartments are not up to date but you will pay $1,100-1,200 for. 1 bedroom as if it is! The groundsman picks and chooses when to do their job. You will accumulate unnecessary fees and the ladies in the office aren’t the best minus 1. It’s not worth it. Work out equipment is not state of art and there is no real security…anyone can get in and they will always tell you there’s nothing they can do and advise you to call the police. Find a better place for your family and even fur babies. Dogs fecal are “tested “ if found on the property and you will be fined. Here is an example of the groundsman not doing their job …this has been sitting here for a week . When you visit you’ll see dog feces all of over the property and no one is getting fined because the grounds man picks and c
