If real estate closings were an Olympic sport, the Schererville branch of Chicago Title would be taking home the gold every time. We do several transactions a year, and honestly, it feels less like paperwork and more like hanging out with friends—who just happen to be ridiculously good at making sure your documents are perfect. Special shoutout to Emily, who runs the show with the perfect mix of professionalism and personality. She’s the LeBron James of title work—always on her game, never misses, and somehow still makes you laugh in the middle of a signature marathon. The snack game? Elite. You will never leave hungry. The coffee? Usually hot (which is better than most gas stations, so that’s a win). And the conversation? Top notch. We’ve solved more world problems at that closing table

Chicago Title is hands down the best title company around! They have amazing customer service, make closings smooth, and are knowledgeable when it comes to title insurance. Ryan Peterson is an awesome sales rep who is always easy to reach and communicate with and is also generous with his time and networking with the community and also always available to help you with growing and sustaining your business. He makes a great impression on the realtors he works with! Also shout out to Jen Hein who is an outstanding processor- always on the ball and very responsive and organized.
