This place is a joke!! Where do I even start with Sherwood.. My mom and I have been living here for 8 years and over the years it wasn’t bad living here but over the years it has gotten worse and worse living here the dumpsters are to small for how many families live in the building there’s always trash around the dumpster because people are to lazy to open up the trash and throw it away. Sometimes when I walk my dog there’s glass on the sidewalk that nobody seems to see when walking by. The door that leads to the laundry room is always open never locked and is always dirty when I used to do wash the dryers would never work always took my money and when you tell someone about it someone would just say I’m sorry that happened and the washers would always have brown water in it we stopped us

This place is a disgrace to the neighborhood!! Management doesn’t care that their dumpsters are too small to hold all the garbage accumulated by their tenants in each unit! There’s squirrels and crows picking away at the trash. Which then is spread out to private homes around the complex. The critters and the windy days contribute to the horrible mess. There are many people walking their dogs that must be careful due to trash and sometimes broken glass laying around! I could go on and on! Living in the neighborhood I see it every day! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 50 years. The past I’d say five years it has become a disgrace due to this complex. I know people that live there and they are also disgusted!! Believe all the one, two or three star reviews and ignore all the fake five star reviews. You are pretty much on your own once you move in. If there are any issues with the apartment, it will take quite some time for the issue to get resolved, if it ever gets resolved. If you are considering a move here, it should only be because this is your last choice. If there are other options, take them. Drive around the complexes to see the condition of the place. If there is a resident that you see outside, ask him what he thinks. That is when you will discover the truth about this place. Good luck in your search, but only come here if you are desperate.

I moved here a year ago and it’s horrific, I been dealing with Mold, constantly sick my children as well. I call Maintanance I go to the office I put numerous complaints and it’s been months. Some show up tell me everything that needs to get done. NOONE comes they even had Maintanance walking around with my keys when I have children. I don’t feel safe. I just call again all they do is apologize and nothing gets done.

Over priced apartments that are not maintained. The property manager herself once told me she moved out to purchase a home, because it was much cheaper than living there! My family, and I have lived here for over 3 years. During my time here I have been through it all. Constant domestic violence police calls, because the neighbors are always fighting.
