Very bad experience from the start. My daughter applied here. She was so called accepted thru the computer & was able to access the community portal. She called the next day to ask whats the next thing to do. Taylor a front desk emplyoee who pretends to be a nice person answered. She told my daughter thr process takes 2 to 4 days. However right after hanging up with her, 20 mins later, my daughter was denied thru email & wrongly accused of credit fraud. Taylor for whatever reasons discriminated aganist us & did something to destroy ny daughters application. We went the very next day only to see a manager who didnt care nor try to look into the problem. Only told us she didnt see the application which should have been a red flag to her but instead she totally shrugged it off. They did not o

Moved here for the affordable rent, people here are often rude and miserable. Smoking weed is constant, some of the tenants are overly protective of their “grass” in front of their door. The apartments suck, to get stuff fixed takes you to keep bothering them to fix it or else they’ll ignore it. No one picks up after their dogs. The pools are never open or dirty. The rent is low but I argue that by the quality of this place, it should be way lower. Spend the little more rent per month. This place is not worth it and the people who have been here for a while will try to ruin your day since theirs never gets better. after moving in I discovered that my dishwasher had mold/mildew inside of it (and still does) . I have placed multiple service request and I keep receiving emails like they have been resolved when they haven't. I also put in a service request for my dryer which isn't drying clothes and holding water in the vent hose. Someone came to look at it, said it was a bigger issue, and that they were going to report it to the office but that was the last I heard about it. So i cannot use the dishwasher nor can i effectively use my dryer. With me paying almost $1000 for a 1BR, i would expect everything to function properly. UPDATE 3... It took a bit, but thankfully, the items that were critical were handled by the complex. I 100% believe that the issue was communication and comprehending what needed to be done by the office staff. Everyone at the office is more than kind when speaking to them, but after speaking with the property manager, Victoria, it only took days to accomplish what I had been requesting for 2 months. The interior space of the unit is nice, and I'm grateful the items were handled properly so that I can begin to enjoy my new state! UPDATE 2... Pest control is now coming every 2 weeks and hopefully will get under control. Leak in ceiling... The front office didn't notify maintenance, so they didn't know about it.
