The maintenance team at Sherman Park Village is characterized by its outstanding service-minded approach. Dan and Luke are consistently responsive to our needs. When we encountered a plumbing issue, they promptly addressed our concerns and even made a Sunday morning visit in bitterly cold weather to ensure our situation was resolved. We highly appreciate their dedication.

This is a beautiful facility has so much to offer. I work remotely and this is my current office space for a week. Terie and Katlyn and the best manager and leasing agents. They take care of you on the spot. Definitely highly recommend renting. There is a beautiful park across the street great for walking and for kids to play.

Terie Neal is amazing, she was very attentive, and answered all the questions we had, she made us feel very comfortable about these apartments! We will be sticking with her with the move in process!
