Sheridan Station

I recently moved into the community at Sheridan Station, and I have to say it was the most stress-free and welcoming move-in experience I've ever had. From my very first contact with my leasing agent Mr. Taurus, the process was seamless. The application process was straightforward, and all my questions were answered with professionalism and kindness. Mr. Taurus made sure to communicate proactively, setting clear expectations for the required documentation and the move-in timeline, which really helped alleviate my stress.

I’m happy to give my review on such an easy process that I had with Sheridan Station with applying getting the paperwork that was needed to get approved and moved in. Taurus is the one that helped me with every single step he made sure I was kept up to date with the process contacted me if I need to send something over. Once I was approved the process went even faster. Taurus is the best anything I had a problem with which wasn’t much just the basics as a new tenant. Taurus made sured it was addressed. Such a kind a respectful sweet person because of him I would recommend Sheridan station.

I’ve only being living here for 3 months but much better than I expected. My move in was smooth s/o to Taurus the leasing guy who even with scheduling dilemma got me in smooth and quick & helped me get my parking situated within a month of move in! I still have about 8 months before renewal but 99.99% sure I’ll be staying another year (:

I recently moved in and Taurus was extremely helpful made it a breeze for me to move and anything that was wrong he had it fixed immediately still to this day he checks to make sure that I am well I would definitely recommend this building to others.

I’ve lived at Sheridan Station for 8 years. The apartments are comfortable, the building is generally well-maintained, and the concierge team is consistently kind and helpful. Maintenance usually responds in a timely manner, though a few appliances and plumbing features could use long-term upgrades. There was a minor pest issue that popped up more recently—something new after years without—but management was responsive and took action. Overall, it’s a convenient, fairly priced place to live with a strong location and community feel.
