Convenient Place to Live! The Sheridan Apartments is very convenient place to live! Recently, I communicated for rent a two bed rooms apartment. The office staffs are excellent, especially Dawn Masiello she is very nice, helpful, and cooperative. June 1, 2024 I signed the lease agreement. The apartment complex is nice and clean and surprisingly quiet. The location is great, with just about everything close by. Thanks to Dawn, the leasing Specialist who helped me from initial visit. I appreciate all that she does for me!

In this crazy world of apartment renting in MA, I can share that of the 10+ facilities I visited this was not only as advertised, but working with Dawn Masiello was an on time, (rare in this market) professional experience (more rare). I did not have to email, text, or sacrifice a limb to speak with Dawn, she answered the phone, the first time and every time since. The apartment was painted and clean. Communication was excellent. Move in was easy. Thank you to Dawn and all the Sheridan staff!

I looked at a number of luxury apartment complexes in the Shrewsbury area before choosing Sheridan, but no other place felt "right." Sheridan management made me feel very welcome from the beginning. Dawn and Kerry in the management office immediately made me feel like family, and made the application process smooth and simple. The maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and considerate of your needs and your time. Sheridan lease prices are very competitive, and the property offers nicely sized apartments with a contemporary feel--all within well-kept grounds with nice amenities. When me and my wife were hunting for an apartment back in 2020, Sheridan Apartments was the first place we visited. Leasing office team (Kerry and Melanie) were very supportive with the tour. They listened to our expectations and were very much confident that we will choose Sheridan apartment. We visited 6 to 8 other apartments but chose Sheridan apartments. Our decision was easy as the apartment at Sheridan is spacious, location is prime, rent is proportionate and leasing office team really cares.
