The buildings are kept up and most of the tenants are nice people. There is also a playground for children. It is a little outdated but my kids still enjoy playing there when we visit. The landscaping is in need of some upkeep.
Patty is an excellent manager. She truly cares about her residents and when it's time to move out she doesn't try to screw you out of your deposit. Our time at the Sheridan Apartments was peaceful and Patty was a big part of that.
Quiet complex, friendly management, plenty of parking, affordable for low income households.
A good place to live if on fixed income.
