Bruce was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit to Sheridan to look for a commercial location for our business. He gave me a tour of the town, shared info on personal interest sites, and showed me several locations where we could possibly open our business. As a buyer: Bruce is just flat out a good guy, never was pushy, never rude no matter how many times you wanted to see one of his properties, answers the phone most of the time, if not he always calls you back.
