Sheri Apartments

I responding to the recent negative post because this person was not a tenant. The Sheri Apartments has always continued to upgrade, remodel and maintain our units on a beautifully landscape property We pride ourselves in responding to any and all maintenance needs as quickly as Possible. Most of our maintenance crew have over 20+ years experience in this field. In addition, we try to resolve all Tenant/landlord issues that may arise through our excellent trained management team.

Worst ran down apts I have ever experienced. Loretta (manager) is never in the office, she just leaves all day to eat. When you try to talk to her she just yells and sounds very uneducated. She knows nothing about managing anything. Infested by bugs and rats this place is not sanitary. There are homeless on the property that harass the tenants. Most disgusting property in San Luis Obispo.

I have been here for around 2 years and absolutely love it. Lorraina helped me out when I was in a really bad situation when I was trying to find a place to live asap. She has been pleasant and accommodating. the area and neighbors surrounding seem to be very safe as well. Maintenance workers and other staff are also very polite 🙂

I couldn't recommend this place more. I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. It's hard to beat the affordability (for slo) and the fact it's pet friendly. Property manager is super nice, maintenance guys are great. on site laundry, a pool, and a well maintained property.

It has decent sized apartments good for a calm and peaceful stay alone or for a couple for a good price. Management is very responsive and carries maintenance effectively.
