Greatest landlords ever. Just signed our 5th year lease with them. Always friendly and understanding when life happens. Very fast response when it comes to household repairs. They usually get someone out the same or next day. I use email to contact them and they always message back the same or next day. The application and viewing process is way easier than anywhere else. I will NEVER rent from anyone else and will probably buy through them as well once we're ready. 10/10 recommend no credit check, just proof of income. No evictions, and a good rental history is all you need.

Office staff was always nice, and pleasant. The carpet when I moved I was horrible, I rented carpet cleaners twice to try to get the carpet decent. It looked better when I moved out, then it did when I moved in. when I moved out they tried to charge me $200 (on top of my deposit) for needing to replace the carpet. This however was not the problem, they sent that out on the 14th with a due date of the 8th. Two dayd later i received a letter, there is an extra $100 on the bill, in late fees. Who does that! serious integrity issues here, wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
