Shepherd's Landing apartments

Nice apartments, but still very pricey for this area. 1,100.00 a month is a mortgage. Good location if you like Sheetz...it's a short walk away.

It's a modest single bedroom, single bathroom apartment to live in, so long as you don't mind unassigned parking spaces. Interior is cozy, but the building is somewhat old. Only heating available is by electric baseboards, and the A.C. box unit is provided for free to install in the backside window. (You may bring your own instead) A washer and dryer was provided in the beginning almost five years ago for me and still works, along with the refrigerator that works too. It takes some time getting used to. There could be better nearby places for around the same rent or more. Rent includes water, sewage, and trash all in one bundle. Comcast Xfinity is the basic Internet provider here. No satellite dish installation allowed, and a strict rule of no alcohol in original containers in the parking

We rented apartment from this business. After moving in realized there were a lot of insects getting in. The stove was un-level and set off the smoke alarms every time it was turned on. They did replace it after a few months, so it was nice to cook food again. The apartment was very dirty when we moved in especially the kitchen which had a thick layers of grease on everything, which we spent 6 hours cleaning. Then we moved out leaving the place cleaner than we found it. However the landlord Matt decided he would go ahead and keep our security deposit with no explanation. we called many times and he said "it is in the mail" or "its the post offices fault". Now he doesn't even take or return our calls.
