contacted management june 10th about our a/c not working upstairs and if the a/c downstairs is on longer than 12 hours the lines will freeze and won’t have a/c in the entire house. no response for over a week. I messaged them again june 20th and their response was “Please submit all work orders online”. I submitted it that day and it is now july 7th with no contact from them on fixing the issue. we have an 8 month old and had to buy fans to put around the house to get by. it’s been almost a month with no communication from management on fixing the issue. can’t go to their office because nobody is there, you can call their phone as much as you want but you won’t get an answer. 30 days without a/c in the middle of summer without any contact from management when we especially have a baby is u
