Reinforcing other reviews that we should be allowed to give 0 stars. This prop mgmt group is unreliable, ineffective, rude, and disorganized. I lived in my community for 4 years, and each year my dues went up and the community cash flow decreased significantly with no upgrades to the community. When reviewing the annual budget each year it was clear SIMC has no financial literacy. The reserve account was so low we had a special assessment each year I lived there because the finances were so poorly handled. When the community asked for answers about the budget and dues on Town Halls, Jul, would mute microphones and would overlook the questions. If your community is looking for a new prop might group, please make sure they do not select SIMC as you will quickly see your community lose money

Brace yourself if you get stuck with this management company. They are very rude and just plain unprofessional. If I had a choice this definitely would not be it. The common areas are maintained but the dreadful service you receive when reaching out to them just breaks my heart. As a hard working person who pays all HOA fees on time and complies by the rules at a home they worked hard for, the mean spirited communication style and/or lack of communication all together is undeserved. Praying that my HOA will make a change in the future.

I would give a zero rating if I could. As a property owner for seven years, interactions with the HOA, particularly Annie, have been consistently rude and unprofessional. When I had an issue with my property, I received no real guidance or support, just snarky responses or no response at all. The staff lacks passion for this neighborhood; it's merely a job for them. Over the years, maintenance and upkeep have steadily declined while HOA fees have consistently increased. Some parts of the neighborhood, including the president's unit (right before they sold), received roof repairs/replacements. It's been two years, and the remaining units are still waiting. Consistently rude and unhelpful. I often wonder why we pay hundreds of dollars a month to get such rude responses back to the simplest of questions. In two years of living at my property, I have gotten no help or guidance to a single thing I left. They certainly seem like a waste of money. Edited to add an example: For several months I have had issues with the website to be able to pay the HOA fees. I reached out and had several rude emails back about how it wasn't their problem, even though it is the website they utilize. One such response was "It’s not our website. It belongs to Cinc systems. I don’t care what they have put on their website. Click terms and conditions it will tell you who the site belongs to."

0 STARS! Paying HOA is a waste of money when they are careless. They are alway from the office, even leave hours early. You contact them just to waste time they do not care. They do not take care of anything and they’re just lazy and unprofessional. The worse HOA I’ve heard of
