Sharon Crossing 's management team are always friendly and ready to help with whatever issues might arise. Maintenance request are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are clean and well kept. This gated complex is a good place to call home. Thanks Sharon Crossing!

We moved in to Sharon Crossing Apartments and stayed for over an year between 2015-2016. The stay was pleasant. The neighbors are quiet and it’s nice and safe. My family enjoyed playing in the grounds/pool- frequented by the birds (this complex is next to the lake and has quite a few trees). Maintenance issues are met with and solved quickly by the staff who live on campus. The staff are always pretty friendly and courteous; yet professional. On the whole the apartment complex is very well maintained- thanks to Debra and Paula who work seamlessly to provide support to all of us. It was by chance that we came across Sharon Crossing- but when we saw the area, the landscaping and met the staff; we were convinced we wanted to stay here. I've lived here for over 4 years. I always pay rent on time. My neighbors are friendly but not too friendly. I like my privacy.There are singles and family's that live in the complex, both are made to feel welcome. I feel very safe in the gated community and I've never had a problem related to safety in the years I've lived here. Deborah, the Manager, has been a huge help over the years with many apartment related things. She makes sure any and every problem is fixed right away and correctly. She takes the time to contact me anytime I have large mail that has been delivered to the office. The staff here is very friendly and they will do anything within reason to accommodate tenants. Also all the apartments have recently received an upgrade in appliances.

I have lived here for 14 years. I have always found the staff to be responsive and helpful. They are very understanding about my wife's health issues and work with us whenever they need to come in the apartment. It is much appreciated. Debbie and Paula do a great job and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

New management brought on in late 2018 brought no relief for this sub-par property. The amenities are not as advertised and there is never any sense of urgency around maintenance request. The office/maintenance staff is not helpful or friendly once they've been asked to actually do their jobs. I currently have an unresolved maintenance request that has been in since December 16, 2018 and is a safety hazard to my toddler. For the last almost two months, I have had to constantly reach out to the office begging to have a tech out or at least get an ETA on when the issue will be resolved. Each time I have been reassured it would be addressed and then forgotten about until I asked again. Today was the first time I received an update without asking, and I was told it would be at least another we
