I’ve lived at Shannon Hills for a while and just happily renewed my lease. Management and maintenance are amazing with fast response times. I recently put in a work order and it was dealt with quick and easy, thank you Kelly! Management is extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. Crystal is someone you can confidently trust and go to with any questions or concerns! There’s a lot of compassion in the community that makes it feel safe and comfortable. 10/10 recommended!

I have lived at Shannon hills, going on 5 years and Crystal and Kelly have been nothing but respectful, kind and helpful. Any issues that I have had have been addressed immediately and handled fairly. Any maintenance issues are taken care of that day or within the next couple of days. Crystal and Kelly always have a smile on their face and will go above and beyond for their tenants. Even ones that don't deserve it. I had a situation about a month ago. Where my neighbor made me feel so uncomfortable. And came off with some really weird creepy behavior. Crystal has always made it clear that she wants us to feel safe at this property. I've lived here for a year and just happily renewed my lease. I moved here because it's very pet friendly, and I haven't been disappointed. However, what really stands out is the management. Crystal and Kelly have always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the care and compassion they show for their residents goes far above and beyond anything I would ever expect from staff at an apartment complex.

Crystal & Kelly are amazing and truly take care of all the residents and our community. They’ve truly been such a blessing and we love being part of this community 😊. Would absolutely recommend to anyone ! Can’t sing the praises enough of how well they take care of their people here.

I moved in year almost 3 years ago and as far as managers and maintenence team is concerned they are top notch. Anytime I have to speak to Crystal about any issues which have far and few between she handled it expeditiously. She is one of the nicest managers I have ever had and she manages the place with enthusiasm and professionalism. The maintenance crew head up by Mike is top in their field. If I have a request it is usually handled in less than 24 hours, sometimes the same day and if there are any issues Crystal makes sure I know what is going on. Overall if someone asked me about a place to rent this is definitely where I would recommend.
