Shangri La Apartments

Nothing but good things to say about this place, Lauren is amazing and worked with me as I had rough application process. The building is clean and safe. Maintenance is impeccable! The apartments are spacious and modern. I love it here!

Wanted to take sometime to show appreciation to Shangri La. It is by far the best place I have lived. The community is positive and welcoming, I consider my neighbors my friends. The building is well maintained and clean. Location is convenient. Nothing is perfect but this place is close. Colton is the MVP. He has always been so kind and helpful. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and I have a lot of respect for that. Thank you for providing a place I can truly consider a home.

It’s impossible to communicate with anyone in the leasing office. Their website has incorrect office hours listed, causing us to go in for a tour twice with the office being closed. Many failed attempts at getting a callback, and emailed inquiries ignored. When finally getting ahold of the leasing manager Lauren, there was no improvement. Responses were slow and have now come to a halt. The last email I sent her over a week ago with a requested day and time to schedule a tour has not been responded to. At this point we are no longer interested in becoming tenants. Im not sure if there are other people you work with once you live here, but I cant imagine having to wait weeks for any tenant issues to be addressed.

I had a tour scheduled with Lauren this past Thursday at 4pm. I showed up early and stayed until 4:30pm. There was no one in the office. And I was told by current residents that no one is ever in the office even though their office hours are posted. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I have been living at Shangri La apartments for a while now and had shortlisted this apartment after going over 15 other places in the nearby areas. The apartment complex is constructed pretty well and is immaculately maintained at all times of the year. There’s sufficient parking space for all the residents and you also have an option to opt for a covered parking which I have not seen much often. There’s also a gym which has the required equipment for a beginner to intermediate. The common area is also a warm and cozy place to unwind at times. What I would really like to call out is the staff at Shangri La which perhaps was one of the critical factors for me when looking for a place to live with my family.
