Shamrock Gardens

When I came for my tour the lady at the office was very welcoming very polite. She took me around to do my tour and explained everything to me she was very nice she answer all my questions about the child care and about the apartment and gave me a run down on everything I loved it and will hope to be a tenant soon to come

They finally came and fixed my refrigerator after me complaining since 1/2/26 that it was making a loud noise no one came until 1/16/26 until it went completely out overnight. Well when maintenance came and moved the fridge they turned over a cup of soda all on the floor and did not say nothing to me just left it on the floor but they did get my kitchen towel that I cook with and wipe the floor a little but left majority of the stuff on the floor. I was right in the other room they could have told me out of courtesy but no they fixed one problem and created others the fridge gets cold but the door won’t stay closed and my kitchen floor was a hot mess! Along with them rearranging my food in the fridge and freezer 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

They have roaches and rats they could be mice but they were big that's why I call them rats. The manager there is very unhelpful she's a fast talker and wants you out of the office as quick as possible. But their maintenance man is great.

Renewing my lease was extremely easy and all digital. I opened my email and my new lease was ready. I read it and signed electronically all from my couch

I would like to thank everyone at Shamrock Gardens for allowing me to stay in their beautiful community. The move-in process was smooth making sure everything was working properly and looking good. The staff members will definitely answer any question or concerns in a timely manner. I felt welcomed from the time I applied to the time of move-in. I would definitely recommend giving Shamrock Gardens a call.
