units and amenities are fine but management is frustrating. important amenities like our trash compactor only work about half the time and incorrect parking numbers were assigned to a lot of people upon move in and created a mess of things.

I booked this for 8 days in late June 2024 for a work assignment in nearby Scottsdale, and I was very pleased with the straightforward booking process and complete breakdown of prices, which showed the selection of units available - which were only 2 at this late time of my booking. An upstairs studio unit was my choice, and it was as advertised in the photos and descriptions. All services worked flawlessly: I had a copious amount of hot and cold water in the kitchen and shower, and there was a nice supply of pots and pans, dinner & glassware, dish detergent, paper towels, specialty coffees & teas, and utensils. I lived here for 2 years and loved everything about it! Beautifully remodeled units, great floor plan, lots of space, safe, and well maintained! You can't beat the location - less than a 5 minute walk to the heart of old town. I only ever had one very small issue in my 2 years living here and it was fixed same day! Management is incredibly responsive and you can tell they truly care about their residents. Definitely recommend!

Worse place to live. The laundry rooms are all broken. Nobody maintains the area. Construction is on-going with a portable restroom sitting in the complex yard, the lights in the complex don’t work. Do not live here. It is horrid.

Older property that is kept in decent condition. No upgrades or remodels, the original everything has just been maintained. Units have that old building smell and are not light and bright and airy.
