Shadowood Apartments

I went to visit a friend. This complex is run down in many ways. Inside and outside of the apartment is not acceptable. The apartment needs painting, the carpet needs to be removed, the building needs to be painted, and the grass needs to be cut. I remember when it was a nice area to visit. The landlord need to step up.

Would give no stars but not possible, the lady who runs the office is shady, possibly taking from renters, they have had their rent money stolen and money orders cashed, if you receive a utility check and it's cut short, she won't tell you why. She is a compulsive gambler, always at casino or bingo. Leaves furniture shrewn around complex. Had an outbreak of bed bugs. I say HUD needs to investigate her. Don't call corporate she's friends with the ppl in office. Oh I don't live there know someone that does.

HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! REMINDS YOU OF THE PJS. POOR MANAGEMENT ROACH INFESTED AND POOR LIVING CONDITIONS. CARPETS NEED TO BE REMOVED COMPLETELY WHO DOES CARPET ANYMORE. DEFINITELY NEEDS UPDATING. THERE WAS A LEAK IN ONE UNIT AND THE WHOLE CLOSET GOT BLACK MOLD AND MILDEW MAINTENANCE ALWAYS NEVER FINISH THERE JOBS AND EVERYTHING IS PATCHWORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERDUE FOR PROPER RENOVATIONS SOMEONE NEEDS TO HAVE A HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTOR REVIEW EACH BUILDING INDIVIDUALLY SAD THING ABOUT IT IM NOT EVEN A RESIDENT IVE BEEN INSIDE A FEW

Nice and quite nice people went to visit my nephew it was nicer then I exspected
