Honestly the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Manager, Will, is mysoginistic and uncaring. Had us go without power in our home for weeks, constantly had to call regarding needs in the home that he SHOULD have fixed. The tile on the porch was put in terribly and had started coming up a few months into being in the apartement. Hot and cold water hookups were broken for the washer - let alone there being NO room to put both a washer and dryer in the " laundry room ". Terrible parking and trash everywhere. Dumpster constantly full and then the "manager" would get upset if you put your trash next to it because it was too full to put trash in. This place has been well known to be managed poorly. I heard it got better though, so I put in an application. It's been two weeks and they have yet to tell me if my application has been approved. When it was supposed to take three business days. I've been told three times that they would call me back, and they have not. I've been very nice, but now it's just ridiculous. Even when I dropped the application the off the manager was hanging out in her office with several of her family members, joking around. Couldn't answer any questions. I was simply told who to make the check out to. The units are nicely priced, especially for Vero, but the management is still apparently terrible. I wish you luck. At this point I want my application fee back.

I had the misfortune of renting an apartment at this complex, and I must say, it was a horrible experience. The apartment itself was in terrible condition, with broken appliances, leaky faucets, and moldy walls. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was ever fixed and IF it was, repairs took months. The property manager, Will, is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He is rude, dismissive, and took out his personal issues on the tenants. It is clear that he had no respect for the people who lived there or interest in maintaining the property. Funny enough, as a previous reviewer mentioned, Will also told me good luck finding another place to live. Haaah! I say good luck to whoever rents there and has to deal with him. Don't even think about it, if you are unfortunate in your life as I was at the time and think you could be getting a good place to live with a decent price just don't. This apartment complex will bring you down.

Renovated apartments are very nice! Good rates on apartments, and friendly staff! ...boy did that change quickly. I guess they make lots of promises and don't care to live up to them. Left my apartment as clean as can be, and because they were renovating my apartment after I left, they said not to bother painting. Well, come to find out when I inquired about my security deposit, they won't return it due to the walls not being painted! I made a call a week for almost 4 months and left dozens of messages that were never returned. The only time I talked to anyone was when they answered the phone. Was given to a couple other people who also never called me back. It's a year later and I still haven't gotten my deposit. I just gave up...they won. If you look at the place here, be read
