Shadow Park Apartments

My family and I moved to these apartment 2 years ago, best decision ever. Even though the neighborhood is not ideal it is pretty quiet in this apartment complex, and so far safe. If I'm being honest you do get the occasional same one homeless guy looking for cans at the trash cans in back and talks to himself from time to time but he is harmless. I've offered cans to him myself and is very polite but always goes about his way. Anyways, Management is awesome and try their best to get stuff done in a timely manner. They also have the insect guy come and spray/fumigate the apartments every other week if requested. Just saying they do keep up with the upkeep if you let them 😊 They also have the after hours number if you need it for emergencies and there is a manger on site as well. He and his
