Shade Tree Estates & Maple View Ct Apts

Great place to live!! I've been a tenant here for just about 7 years now and love it! Landlords work extremely hard to make sure the property is well kept, along with proper maintenance constantly being done on the buildings to keep everyone pleased with our apts. The On-site snow removal is the best also! If you're looking for a great place to live I'd highly recommend checking out Shade Tree Estates!

I only rented at Maple View for a short time, but it was a very positive experience. The staff at Northern Management (especially Ryan) was readily available to respond to questions and concerns, and I was very pleased with the accomodations. Free laundry in the basement was a real perk! I would definitely recommend this location for future renters.

I have lived at Shade at Shade Tree Estates apartments for a year. I have been very satisfied with my apartment. They are spacious and well kept up. I have recommended the apartments to friends looking to rent. The apartments were recommended to me. I'm glad I made the move.

The maintenance is always fast to respond and quick to fix all the problems. Personal washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient and useful. The property is always tooken care of very well.

This was the worst place I have rented from. They lie about everything. I rented from the back end of a horse. The manager went into my apartment without notice and used the bathroom causing a mess then blamed me. They hit my car with the snowplow↩but the most lowest form of human indecency was neglect to evacuate me when the building next door was on fire. I paid my rent every month only to come home one nite and have a confrontation with them telling me to leave cuz they dont like me! Dont rent from this place It is very negative atmospere.👎👎👎☻☻😈
