Mission Village of Kaukauna, was my home for seven years. The rent was reasonable, the complex safe and reasonably quiet. Neighbors were friendly and the manager Ellen did a great job at communicating and seeing to my needs as a tenet. I would rent from here again.

I am so happy to call this place home. Nikki was amazing at showing the property, processing my application quickly, and answering any questions I had. The area is beautiful and I love waking up to seeing/hearing all the birds in the pond (behind my apartment). The neighbors are quiet by me - can’t speak for all. The apartments are beautiful. They have wonderful accommodations like attached garages, washer / dryer hook ups, dishwashers, nice stove and fridges. The layouts are very open and they feel like spacious small homes vs tiny cramped apartments I have toured. I do wish they had a place for children to play as I see the driveway is the play area right now, but I guess if everyone knows that and is cautious it should be ok. I have lived here since they built these apartments in 2017, and it's been nothing but a joke since. can't keep a manager for more than a few weeks/months. nobody fixes anything without submitting several maintenance requests.... i still have things pending from 2020!! I can't even begin to describe the things we've dealt with here in the last 6 years....you try to contact corporate, and they can't be bothered to call back. I know for a fact that i'm not the only one with issues here. It's a shame. they just want their money, and dont care about your quality of life.

This was my first home with my son on my own. I will always love my time spent here. However, when I moved in I was told that I would have laundry in my apartment within a week; and then a few weeks in the manager recoiled that amenity. I lived their for a year; I put virtually no holes in walls except to hang curtain, left no damage. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my security deposit back for 4 weeks after moving out. It was a lot of unnecessary stress. I cleaned the place spotless. The fridge, stove, underneath both, the "whole nine" and was treated terribly as a tenant. The property really tried to give me the run-around....disappointed.
