Seven Skies Apartments

Love this place. Staff is so nice, Amenities are amazing, Can’t beat the views either and overall everything is ALWAYS CLEAN! Elevators are fast and never breaking down. Only con is the slightly thinner walls, I feel like any normal task like vacuuming or dishes I can hear. Never bothers me because it’s legit an apartment with hundreds of people. Previous down stairs neighbor was kinda mean about the littlest noises even during mid day. Overall, highly recommend

We moved in on November 7th. Everything went well, thanks for the care and support of Madison Loy - she is super. I found some dirt in the apartment from the previous tenants, but the manager quickly sent us a cleaning service. The cleaning service noticed that we did not have an air filter, and they did everything in 1 day. This makes me very happy. Nothing is perfect, but if you are ready to fix it quickly and well - that is a real indicator.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. I lived with my long-distance boyfriend here, off and on for a year and let me tell you. Reason 1: the first couple weeks of living here was fine until the people under us didn’t like the sound of walking. Everyday while he would get ready for work the people under would take a broom or something and hit their ceiling as hard as could be. They put a complaint on us about how first violation is free but it just goes up from there. I called the front and told them what the situation was and they told me they would handle it. They didn’t. We ended up having to buy cut outs of thick carpet to put on the vinyl floors. They would still do it. I’d leave messages at the front and nothing. So we just dealt with it. Reason 2: my boyfriend has a little dog

Madyson made the whole process so easy and went above and beyond to answer any and all my questions. Single-handedly earned my business. The facilities are amazing and clean.

I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with Emily. She made the whole process so easy fast. I’m less than 24 hours she got everything completed and we were able to move in. This has been the best moving experience I have done. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. This complex is very quiet. Very clean and absolutely beautiful. The apartments are smart capable. Internet is already set up upon move in. It’s convenient. The gym on-site is equipped with life fitness equipment and other top branded workout gear. This is a 10/10. I have zero complaints. I hope Emily and her team continue to impact lives like she has mine. If you are looking to love. This is the place. 👌🏻
