Seven Oaks

I have been living at Seven Oaks for a few months and enjoy where I live. The apartment is modern, great location close to downtown, and clean. The apartment is very secure and I feel safe at my apartment. No issues with break ins and no strangers wandering into the garage or complex. The pool is beautiful and the skydeck is my favorite place to watch the sunset. The management and leasing agents are great. Michael is extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, active listener, and problem solver. He knows everyone by their name and makes you feel at home. Lauren also helped me with an issue during a difficult week and I am so grateful for her grace. Maintenance team is timely and efficient with work orders.

Moved in 3 weeks ago and every day gets better and better. This place is clean, friendly and luxurious. The location is safe and has tons of places close by to shop and eat. Michael and Lauren in the office are an absolute pleasure and really care about the residents. The view in the sky lounge is stunning!!

Moved in a month ago and really like our apartment home! So far has been great. The team in the office worked with us to accommodate our moving pod and they helped make the move go smooth! Location is great, easy access to freeway and grocery just up the street. We moved from out of state so thanks for helping make the move go as planned.

While we were out doing some property outreach yesterday we stopped here and had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and her team. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Lauren didn’t treat us like a burden or an interruption at all. She genuinely welcomed us in, took the time to sit down and talk with us, and made us feel comfortable right away. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly cares about her team and her community. Outreach visits aren’t always easy, but she made this one feel effortless. That says a lot about the kind of leader she is. Really great experience all around. Our experience at Seven Oaks has been great! We moved in approx. 3 months ago and Eboni, Giovanni, Rachel, Michael, Ryan, and the rest of the crew at 7O have been excellent to work with. Eboni took expedient care of an issue we had just today and it was solved in actual minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better place to rest my head.
