I’ve been here for about 4 years or so. The building and neighborhood aren’t perfect, but have a lot of potential. This new leasing management has slowly making steps to make the building nicer, and safer. Very fair rent for an older set of buildings.
This is my first apartment and today was my move in day. I’m already amazed by the friendly staff and the apartment itself. Tatyanna was so amazing, she helped me with any questions I had and even helped me carry my super heavy package to my apartment. I’m so happy with my decision here.
