Settler's Landing

Luxury… lol For 30.00 a month this is what happens when our trash is collected by the third party the apartment complex uses. Would this be here if the landlord was here? By the way costs you over 2,000 for a 1 bedroom to live here. For what you pay for 1 single bedroom you may wanna consider checking out Apartments of Wildewood. So much nicer and attentive people. Right across the street behind Harris Teeter.

My Overall Experience has been negative, Despite the "Nice" Apartments they aren't "Luxury" but you pay a Luxury price. When we first initially moved in going to unlock the door for the first time being here we tried to unlock the door, failed to unlock instead, the door handle falls off the door. In result of this we had to call leasing office and wait approximately 30-60 minutes to get someone to open the door. They came and replaced the handle. When there's snow plow you in. The Microwave light is blown out and doesn't work. The draft under the door is unsealed you can see the sun shine through during the day and gets extremely cold at night which raises our electric bill to try and force heat into our apartment. Toilet in our apartment we had to have a plumber come reseal the cracks

We just moved into Settlers Landing and had a great experience thanks to Shaquanda. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated her support and professionalism!

I wanted to leave a review, specifically for assistant property manager Ms. Quanda. She was always eager to assist & helped with anything needed going above & beyond. She made move in & moving out process extremely smooth. Everytime I came into office she was always helping someone. Thank you Ms. Quanda for all that you do Keep up the great work & thank you settlers landing

A profoundly disappointing rental experience!!!! Advertised as “luxury apartments” but are FAR from luxury!! Extremely overpriced and appears to be increasing charges every month! During my interactions with the leasing office; property manager Shelia Mackall in particular, I experienced behavior that I found to be unprofessional, unacceptable, dismissive, and highly concerning. I contacted Ronald Nichols (regional property manager) regarding the property manager and other concerns; he was equally egregious. As a tenant I expected a level of professionalism and consistency from the management team. Instead, I was met with conduct that left me feeling disregarded and mistreated. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
