Professional staff, experienced builder, nice houses, and safe neighborhood. From representatives, to realtors (Kelsey and Kelly), to management and project managers, Stanley Martin [Wildewood] is setting the standards high for its competitors in Southern Maryland. Despite having to digitally plan for and design the house, I am satisfied with the outcomes. After being in the neighborhood for almost a year, I am pleased with the final product and the periodic inspections. The project manager (Sean) kept his word, and delivered the project on time and as expected. So far all fixes were taken care of by the builder, as requested. Stanley Martin at Wildewood built my new, beautiful townhouse. Kelly Murphy, sales manager, was my first point of contact in October 2020. She explained the process very well and presented everything in an informative way. I decided to take the plunge a few days later and signed a contract for pre-sale which meant I was able to go to the design center and pick out flooring, light fixtures, cabinets, etc. Jennifer Shoemaker-Hummel (Largo, MD design consultant) was terrific and made the design process fun and very easy. She was also prompt in responding to follow-up questions and getting all the design paperwork together. I recently worked with Deonna at the Stanley Martin Wildewood community with two separate clients and I was very pleased with the experience. One client was buying a townhome and the other a single family home. Both experiences were smooth and the clients were able to move in on time with no last minute issues that can often arise in new construction. Third party inspections were performed with no issues found, the inspector was very complimentary of the quality homes Stanley Martin builds!

Don't buy from this builder if you can help it. Very poor workmanship throughout my home. Had to fix many things within 2-3 years of buying my home brand new. For example, my window started getting water damage all around it. Contractor came out and discovered that they did not seal the window correctly. Laundry room door handle broke off because of very short screws used to secure it and the list keep going. Everyone in our neighborhood had their grass die within the first year because they laid sod right on top of the clay and they didn't put down any top soil. I will never again buy a Stanley Martin Home! NEVER!!!!!

The product was beautiful. I was happy to find out rhat this company has a true custom build wing. You can take your floor plans to them. Thats not always the case when you hear custom builder; normally that means you can pick some things out. So I was really excited to hear that they are interested in my plans solely as well. Beautiful house quality is evident. I feel its priced above its competitors but I wasn't entirely put off by their place in the market. I reallly liked their models.
