Settlement Canyon Apartments

Since living here for just a few months I’ve had great experience! My front door wasn’t locking and when I notified Garrett with maintenance and he was quick with responding and getting it changed out went out of his way to go to Home Depot and get a new lock for us! Also changed out our air filter ! Nadia and Larissa are very kind and super responsive with any of our needs! Definitely planning on staying here for a while with my little family

I have lived here since 2018. Nice management. Larissas communication with me has been great. Garrett, the maintenance guy came to fix a burned out light in my kitchen less than a day after I mentioned it was out. Beautiful property! I told Larissa she will have to put with me till the day I die. Hopefully not anytime soon! It’s such a nice place to live, that I referred my daughter, my grandson and their little family to come live here,

I can here from living and springs at cooper canyon for almost 2 years and not only did I save over $700 a month moving here management and maintenance has been so much better. Larissa and Nadia in the office have always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I’ve had. And Garrett in maintenance has been amazing my upstair neighbors water heater was leaking and as soon as we notified him we had some wetness in our ceiling he immediately found and fixed the issue aswell as gave us plenty of notice and a time frame of when he’d come back to fix the portion of ceiling he had to cut out.

Ive lived in a lot of buildings in many different cities. Who knew the suburbs of Utah are where i would find the perfect spot. Larissa has been helpful and kind since day one. Nadia is so prompt and more than accommodating. Garrett has made such an impression not only being professional, effective, and quick with maintenance but also I just see him running around almost every day keeping the grounds clean and clear. This place doesn't have to be temporary living accommodations. It is set up to be a home.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your maintenance crew. In the last month or two, I had water damage in my bathroom from the apartment above.That was leaking water really bad. I also had problems With my garage door Not opening and shutting properly. With both problems, I worked with Shane and Garrett, And I just wanted to extend my thanks to them for all their good work. They responded quickly to my request, And get the repairs done in a quick and timely manner. I was pleased with the quality of their work, And I especially appreciate the fact that they cleaned up after themselves, And that they respected my privacy and property. They should be commended for their fine work. Thank you guys very very much!
