Their communication is excellent, they stay ahead of potential issues, and they do a great job keeping transactions on track from contract to closing. Danielle is fantastic to work with — she’s responsive, organized, and always on top of the details, which makes a huge difference for both agents and lenders. Danielle is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. To think she’s the owner of the company is absolutely disgraceful. She promised to take care of certain things and never did, and has the nerve to taunt and disrespect others because she can’t do her job. Do NOT recommend this company unless you want to have issues in the future selling your property.
