Servion Title, Inc.

Servion Title is the worst ever company I have experienced. They have no fiduciary duties that they are in compliance with. Servion Title and Westcor Title Insurance work hand in gloves and least care about customer's rights. I strongly discourage any commercial buyer to use these companies. Servion failed to search for property taxes before closing and after closing for their mistake, they want to refund $300.00 for deed closing fee! what an unprofessional way of denying their obligations to provide correct service

Just closed on our home refinance Everyone very friendly. Everyone had masks on. We signed loan papers in a room by ourselves. Everyone kept their distance. It worked like a charm !
