Quick and Fast - clients now days want to get in and out quickly so they can enjoy the rest of their day moving boxes, not sitting and waiting for wires to come through or watching attorneys chase FedEx down the street. I appreciate that the closing packets are prepared days in advance and we just wait for the signing day to arrive.

When timetables matter, they have your back. Great team to work with and highly recommend them for your real estate transactions. Jill Kephart and team in Mansfield were excellent to work with.

After telling them four or five times that our zip code was incorrect, they still did not correct it. Even when they sent the check, the zip code was incorrect! What kind of an office cannot simply make a zip code change! And did not overnight check when they were paid an overnight fee. I would not recommend them!
