Commons at Mansfield

Living at the commons was a bitter sweet experience. It started off great but after some time, there were some difficulties. We had several issues with our air conditioning and they ended up having us live to another room due to no fault of our own. When we were ready to move out, there were things wrong with the apartment they originally wanted us to pay for because of their lacklustre record keeping of the rooms condition. Overall not the greatest experience. I would recommend trying to find somewhere cheaper if available.

Back in the 90's this was known as New Corey Creek Apts! Terrible place with many issues. Now student housing and got a brief tour. A vast difference and alternative housing to dorm or apartment life.

Coming up on the end of my current lease and I can say this has been the most professional and comfortable I've lived in years. Any problems are solved quickly and it's a friendly quite environment more times then not. Wonderful place to recollect yourself, then pressure bigger and better.

I had a previous positive review in which I had to delete, due to how things are currently being run. I decided not to mention issues in detail with this review, because I'm better than that. If I could go without giving any stars I would. To be honest, The only employee that is worth mentioning positively - is Justin in Maintenance. He does what he can do and with the time allotted to get things fixed or replaced. He is very polite and professional. My service dog Luna Belle adores him. My guy and I would personally like to speak to the actual owners of this apartment complex in person and discuss our concerns. I was told that I had to go through a chain of command and still get the run around. So I will ask publicly on here. Please contact me. Info is in my file. Thank you!

Lived here my junior year at Mansfield university, it is a beautiful complex with close shopping centers and spacious rooms. 5 years later I accidentally delivered my package to this old address & the staff Patrick & Dana still prioritized me and went out of there way to drop my package back off at the post office! They are reliable and very courteous. Live here, u won’t regret it!
