I had no idea what I was doing so having someone as helpful as him was a must. Super nice and personable, there every step of the way, and now I am getting my dream home. 10/10.

Her knowledge of the local market was helpful and made things feel a bit less overwhelming, especially as a buyer. We worked with Rich Grisanti and he was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, gave us all the info we asked for and supported the decisions we made in buying our first home. So thankful for everything he and Serota Real Estate did for us.

we used this company to buy our house and we Carissa Grisanti as a realtor, every house we went to look at with her she only pick 2 or 3 out of 10 from the house's we liked. When we wanted to put bids on houses we where always told to put higher then what we could afford or higher then the asking price, even when the price of the house was around 150-160k. Then we asked to make sure our mortgage was around 15k and she said she would talk to the lender and work it out. When we got our first payment it was no where in the ball park of where we asked. I feel This Realtor is not professional and dose not care about her customers. I feel that she is just out to get her commission and pad her pockets. I would not recommend using this company nor would I use Carissa Grisanti. I feel the company s
