Serenade at Ovation by Dream Finders Homes

Caution: Community with Serious Flooding Issues Even though Serenade at Ovation sits on higher ground than the surrounding areas, the community has serious flooding problems and poor construction quality. After only one month living here, it’s been one issue after another. A few weeks ago, the developer removed and repaved all the asphalt without any prior notice, while my cars were parked outside. As a result, both vehicles were left covered in tar and gravel. Then, after a recent rain, the streets flooded badly. Both of our cars got soaked. My home sits on a higher lot, which means this shouldn’t happen unless there’s a drainage failure. The drain next to my parking spot simply didn’t work — it looked blocked or closed, and the water had nowhere to go. I contacted Dream Finders Homes

I was driving down Avalon Road right before the entrance on Lanyard Drive when I saw four or five cows seemingly trapped in a very small fenced in area with zero shade or protection, looking quite thin. I do not see water or shade to protect them from the scalding hot weather. I am not sure if the builders control this portion of land but I am finding this very upsetting and would like to know more or who to contact.
