When we contacted them, we met Liz Hambsch, who became both our agent and friend! Not only did she become our eyes and ears in Fla while we were in Okla, she learned our desires and concerns and 100% represented us in finding the vacation home we were looking for. My husband and I have been dreaming of buying a second home in the Orlando area for a long time. This week that dream came true!!! I found myself watching lots of lots of YouTube videos to help best determine what area would be best for us and close to all the things we enjoy doing with our family. After finding an ideal first home, she helped us negotiate with the seller to get us within our total budget and even helped swing us some deals from the builders themselves!
